I strongly advise against living here. The management is careless, unresponsive, and often blames tenants for issues they didn’t cause. Maintenance requests are ignored, and communication is terrible. On top of that, the area is very unsafe — there are frequent incidents, and security is practically nonexistent. If you value your peace of mind and safety, please stay away from this place. There are far better options nearby. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
I have lived here for 2 years now and the new manager and maintenance guy are so efficient. They make sure the place is clean and communicate whenever anything is broken and get it fixed right away.
Even in the Seattle area being homeless would be better than living at this place. Save your money, Go homeless!

You get what you pay for with this place. Obviously it’s terrible, its cheap for a reason. Parking is horrible, laundry is almost always broken, maintenance is non existent, and I think the apartment manager Carina is petty and unkind. I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone. :/
