I would not recommend living at this apartment complex. There are ongoing issues with people smoking cannabis, and despite multiple complaints, management has taken no action or even responded properly. The property management is rude, unprofessional, and does not handle issues the way they should. Residents deserve a clean and respectful living environment, but unfortunately that has not been my experience here.

I had lived there since 2017. Since I started living there, I had a great experience with the manager, Olivia, and maintenance employee Jose. The first manager, whose name starts with an S, was irresponsible and lazy. When Olivia came, she cleaned house and got rid of all the trouble makers and gangsters. I liked that Olivia was always on top of everything, kicking out bums and trash diggers off the property. She always contacted tenants for violation or disruption. The customer service is superb. The grounds are always super clean. My work orders are always taken care of in a timely manner. I’m only 2 years in, but I’ll probably stay here 20 years. I’ve been renting for 29 years and Olivia is by far the best manager I’ve come across. Keep up the great work!
