Staff and Doctors were friendly and knowledgeable. After 6 weeks of waiting to pick up 2 pairs of glasses, one pair they said had to be sent back due to the wrong prescription. I picked up the one pair around closing time and was told to test them (Transitions) out in the sunlight. I was in a hurry and they told me that if I had any problems that they could be addressed when I picked up my second pair. 2 1/2 weeks later I go pick up my second pair, mention that the first pair do not change and they are fuzzy. In an unreliable age, it is such a pleasure to deal with individuals who are efficient as well as friendly. They also perform without making me feel rushed. Dr. Stinson is always down to earth and positive, so I feel reassured about his findings. I would recommend Highland Optometrics to anyone.
