Best ophthalmologist around! Staff is bright and accommodating!
Not the friendliest of staff and good luck if you have to call them to request medical records! I called and spoke to someone, making them aware of my request and was put on hold for over forty minutes before I called from a different phone. I waited an additional ten minutes before being told that I’d have to sign a medical release form, pay $.75/page and wait up to thirty days before getting my results. Stay away from this place! There are far better, more friendly ophthalmology offices out there.
What truly sets Dr Davidian apart is how deeply she cares for her patients. I recently suffered from an unknown medical condition, she personally followed up with me multiple times to check on my well-being and took it upon herself to connect directly with other specialists on my behalf. She made referrals, coordinated with their offices and stayed in close contact to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. Dr. Matthew is an outstanding surgeon. She is friendly, warm and caring. I had an wonderful experience. The whole team there is so knowledgeable, organized and helpful. I would highly recommend this opthamolagy group.
