Ive been here for 5 years If you like the rental price now don't get used to it they raise rent every year and fixed nothing all they do patch pothole badly and they show back up 2 months later moving soon deer ridge because they have never raised they're rent and have parks for my kids
Roads are terrible, lot rent goes up every year. Very loud, wouldn't recommend moving here if you don't work 1st shift. Maintenance/construction work will start as early as 7am, and go on until as late as 7pm. This includes Saturdays as well. So enjoy loud construction equipment/vehicles idling and vibrating your house for hours on end. The community has no respect for business hours, they also never let you know when people will be working on your lot.
