Tis the season for this place to send their truck through 25 times a day to write you up for a leaf in your yard while they refuse to fill the salt hopper on said truck and spread it while they drive! As always, the area around the office is maintained while the rest of the park is a dangerous sheet of ice. They’ll certainly raise the rent every year but don’t expect the most basic maintenance to be performed unless it’s around the office!
