I saw a very disturbing account of horrific treatment of a young lady that TRIED to enjoy a meal at your restaurant..... This isn't the first time I've heard bad things about your establishment. I will never be a customer and will advise others to do the same.
Personally, I have not been here. I have, however, been thinking of trying this place, as I've been seeing the eatery on my way to a job I recently started. Two of my kiddos had repeatedly pointed this place out, and we were planning on eating here this week. With that being said, I read a very disturbing review today, and have since changed my mind. I've been wanting to visit as I've heard good things about the food. Very disappointed with a review I read today regarding the obvious insensitivity of a server working at the Bardstown Rd location. Bad for business. No thanks.
I've only eaten here once after a friend posted about their great experiences... my experience wasn't as warm and as welcoming as I've read others say their's was. What I remember, is it took a little longer than I thought it should have to get my food and that I almost felt as if I was being tolerated instead of wanted as a customer. I have rode pass your establishment numerous times and my son who loves food and an aspiring chef that has being wanting to try your food out. Now that my friend has told me her experience this morning and how you basically through your actions said her service don't matter and wanting her give up the sit she was already sitting in to someone else is beside me. WENT TO HAVE BREAKFAST THIS MORNING AT Highland Morning ON BARDSTOWN RD, I SAT AT THE TABLE OUTSIDE WHILE WAITING FOR MY COMPANION TO WALK UP. THE WAITRESS/WAITER CAME OUT TWICE TO QUESTION AS TO WHY I WAS SITTING THERE STATING THAT IF I WASN'T EATING THERE THAT I NEEDED TO MOVE, I TOLD THEM THAT I AM EATING HERE & MY FRIEND WAS WALKING UP THE STREET (WE COULD SEE HER). They have a very serious problem with treating people of color with the same respect as their Caucasian customers. They will NEVER receive my business again. #ThanksButNoThanks
They are rude to customers.... very unprofessional.
Their food is basic at best. Horrible customer service. Wild Eggs is my Jam!! Better options better service :)
