Montgomery Highland Park is a great place to live. Very friendly and courteous staff and the facility is very efficiently managed. The maintenance staff is always around to ensure proper upkeep of the site. Highly recommended for people planning to move to the county.
I have been very happy living here at the Highland Montgomery Apartments for the past 6 years. It's a nice quiet neighborhood with ample parking, but still just a stone's throw away from the all the hustle and bustle of the small city next door - New Brunswick, which is also home to Rutgers' flagship campus. I have lived at Highland Montgomery for over two years and really want to shout out the maintenance team—Uriel, Arturo, and Rene are absolutely awesome! They’re always kind, super attentive, and genuinely helpful whenever something comes up. Requests get handled quickly, and they’re always friendly and respectful while doing the work. Also, Lora is very attentive and responsive, which makes everything run smoothly. It makes a huge difference knowing the people here care!
I wanted to take the time to say Lora the property manager was so incredibly kind! She was so great and even stayed open late to do my showing because I couldn’t make it until after work. As I was leaving I mentioned I was interested in another unit they had available and she was so nice and took me back to see it. A quiet, pleasant place to live. Lots of young families, grad students, young professionals, and some longtime residents. Lots of cats! The price is on the affordable end for the county. Maintenance responds quickly and are always friendly and pleasant. The buildings are a little older, but the apartments are clean and functional, and management does a good job of staying on top of repairs.
