I've lived here for a year and enjoyed my stay. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Lora is always accessible and incredibly helpful. The maintenance team has been fantastic — consistently going above and beyond to resolve any issues quickly and professionally.

Wonderful place to live. I lived here for two years and miss it already. Very quiet community and within walking distance from a lot of amazing food in Highland Park. The maintenance team was always very helpful which I appreciated.
Management is not worth the drama and the apartment is not worth the rent. Bats and rodents. JCMLiving, their management in Lakewood, is rated F by the Better Business Bureau. Management has harassed us since my girlfriend and I moved in last year. They claim we haven't paid the rent after our first month there, even though it shows in their tenant site that it's paid plus in our bank statements. Management harassed my girlfriend since day one.
