Excellent in every respect. I have been a patient since shortly after this office opened, 7 plus years.
Terrible service and money gouging. I got charged $800 more for a crown then I should have when they decided to order the top of the line model that I had not agreed to. I was greeted with the bill after the procedure with no recourse. They promised to look into it and get back to me. Surprise, surprise, they did not. They then tried to convince me that they could take off an extra $500 for me when in fact I had prepaid $500 for the procedure already. A practice of crooks that I'll be reporting to the BBB. This dentistry is a nightmare and a fraud. I went in for an annual dental cleaning which would have been completely free per my dental plan. The doctor refused to give me my free cleaning. I insisted that I want my regular annual cleaning. As he reluctantly started the cleaning, he said he will give me a "mass??" cleaning which is a little better than the regular cleaning. I am not sure what that meant . . . . low and behold, now he has sent me a bill for an extra $70+. I can't believe this sh-- and now I have to take a day... read more
