Rats in my walls breaking into my kitchen every few weeks for weeks at a time I cant use my kitchen drawers or cabinets cause they leave droppings and pee on my dishes. No maintenance pretty much ever and when there is they dont have funds to fix things and office is rarely open. Been through 6 or 7 "managers" in 2 years. Corporate doesn't even do much of anything.
I was looking forward to moving here for 14 months. Was put on the wait list? Come to find out I wasn't put on the waiting list and I didn't meet income requirements.... I was like who took me off it? She said you were never on it!Which A. She VERY RUDE in telling me!!!! (This was 2 months ago) and 2. They didn't tell me about income requirements from the get go. This looks like a very beautiful community to live in, but your employee had a VERY UGLY attitude!!
