New ownership and Sandy is no longer here. New office staff is unresponsive, lacks compassion and uncaring. Mom and Dad bought their plots years ago and this has been a terrible experience with my mother's funeral. Now 3 months after burial still no date scroll on her headstone which had been prepaid long before her death. No call backs from office staff when leaving messages asking about it.
