Do not be fooled by the bad reviews. Yes, this apartment is not new and been in the area for awhile. However, it is kept so clean that there is really nothing you have to do other than cleaning your own place. This place is like a hidden gem, surrounded by amazing trees and neighbors. I lived there for 5 years and never had any issues. The rent is very reasonable, and the apartment management is very organized. I didn’t want to move out, but my new job is too far from the property. The property manager, Mikey, is a very sweet person, and she always resolves any issues promptly. The neighbors are very quiet, and many convenient stores are close by.
I went there few days ago it's so beautiful I saw a studio apt I meet Jose and he showing me studio apt it's I can't wait for I'm moving in fullerton I'm suppose moving in Sept 7th I'm already almost packing up pool looks nice their is only 24 hrs laundry room I couldn't move because my credit history
