I’ve been living here for over four years now and it’s always been just okay but this year has definitely been the worst by far! Common courtesy is hard to come by when it comes to living here. Some people gladly use the washers and dryers but don’t clean out the lint after they’re done. So whoever uses it after them has to or they can just leave it as well. Not me. I always clean them out. Moved out 6 months ago gave notice 9 months ago lease ended 2 months ago and I paid my rent throughout the lease. When I gave notice I was told I would receive a form to fill out. I did not receive this form so I left a formal notice via voicemail and on the website. Just recently started receiving emails I would need to continue paying monthly with fees till I renewed my lease. Firstly, we found black mold in our closet and put in a work order to get it cut out immediately. We had 4 men come into our apartment to check it out and they ended up just painting over it with spray paint, a day after we scheduled for the work order. The maintenance is pathetic and they do not like doing their jobs of which they were hired to do.
