Lived on Lake Minnetonka at Dockside Apartments. Wow is all I can say from start to finish was a nightmare, lack of and false information was the jist of it, too much to list, stay away you will be better off.
It has been 3 weeks we are waiting for our deposit back. We never rented only looked into it. Since we did not go thru with it our deposit was not returned. When we spoke to someone in the office they said it was returned to our account. We tried calling multiple times and no answer with countless voice messages and no returned calls.
I have rented a storage garage since Feb 2004. The first 15 years or so was completely awesome. Since then constant management changes, no one staffs the office, my garage was broken into twice while I was deployed overseas, the garage door lock didn't secure for over a year, and no one ever answers the phone anymore. I always have to show up in person and wait around for hours until someone arrives. I've very disappointment in the lack of customer service. I guess it's all about the money for them....
I have lived at the Lexington townhomes in Roseville and I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. I have NEVER LIVED in a place where nothing is ever taken care of. All of our concerns and requests are ignored no matter how many requests for help.
Bad management, money hungry, and illegal practices. Sums it up.
