I rented from Highland for a year and I mean it when I say run. Originally I loved living at one of their buildings but when the unit above me flooded and flooded my unit they did not care. The landlords were so generous of letting move into an apartment with a balcony. My landlord in FountainHead apartments and the assistant are amazing and both are so sweet. Oh, by the way! I live my balcony

Lived on Lake Minnetonka at Dockside Apartments. Wow is all I can say from start to finish was a nightmare, lack of and false information was the jist of it, too much to list, stay away you will be better off.
It has been 3 weeks we are waiting for our deposit back. We never rented only looked into it. Since we did not go thru with it our deposit was not returned. When we spoke to someone in the office they said it was returned to our account. We tried calling multiple times and no answer with countless voice messages and no returned calls.
