I was so excited to find a long standing, local shop to support, but unfortunately it is not worth supporting. I went in, waited 10 mins for Elise to finish her conversation with someone about her dislike of the city police and the lack of support they have for their business, all the while she would periodically look at me but say nothing.. for TEN mins. I sent my costume jewelry in right before Christmas and still have yet to receive it. I was told 3 different times that it would be shipped out on 3 different dates. I needed my jewelry by Valentine's Day, which came and went. Owner claims there is a family emergency, but I have not been updated and again keep being told it will be shipped out by a certain date, but it never happens. I will remove this rating when/if I receive my jewelry because I am thinking i got scammed.

There is something VERY suspect about this store. I went in to ask about gold earrings. There was a man in there. They were talking about camping. I waited 10 mins and she just stood there talking to the man but STARING at me. That told me she did NOT want my business. With that I consider that store/lady does not do business with black patrons. I have been in this area for quite awhile, doing business in all stores. Never experienced this at the other stores. It is all good. Not much business there anyway.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WENT THERE TO HAVE A BATTERY CHANGED OUT AND WHEN I ASKED THE BLONDE LADY WHICH TYPE OF BATTERY MY WATCH TOOK SHE ACTED LIKE IT WAS HIGHLY CLASSIFIED INFORMATION AND WAS VERY RUDE ABOUT IT. SHE ACTUALLY HUFFED AND PUFFED. IS THAT REALLY HOW YOU TREAT A PAYING CUSTOMER? I WENT TO ANOTHER PLACE THAT WITHOUT EVEN ASKING PUT MY OLD BATTERY IN A BAGGIE FOR ME AND SAID IF THE NEW ONE STOPS WORKING WITHIN A YEAR WE'LL REPLACE FOR FREE. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE
