Came in for watch battery repair. Specifically told the lady the last place said this watch needs to be sent in but IDK maybe you can do something with it. She immediately starts ripping it apart without looking into it. Gets it apart but then cant get it back together. Calls in a guy whos trys and then goes with have to send it in. Came back all scratched.
I dropped off my wedding ring on Friday 7/18 at 2pm because it had a missing diamond. I asked for an estimate for the repair and also an estimate for a matching wedding band. They said they would call me the following day, Saturday, with the estimate for the missing diamond. No one called me Saturday. Sunday-Monday they were closed. Took care of me as soon as I walked in. Ring was ready within a few hours. The resizing was perfect!! Will definitely recommend this jeweler. Thank you again.
Brought in a watch to see if they could get it running. They worked their magic and was able take care of my watch that was 20+ years old. They were super friendly and will definitely be back!
I brought my engagement ring in for the prong to be fixed. Advised that all 4 needed to be replaced. I had to take my ring back FOUR yes 4 times before it was fixed. I took it too an independent jewelers after my 3rd visit and was told it needed to be filed and polished. What jeweler releases their workmanship 3 times when it was obvious there was a problem. Not one apology. I drove from St John 4 times, passing many other jewelers to give small business my business. No customer service, so very disappointed.
