Currently staying in a red cross shelter because they had a fire in my building. I found out this is the 4th time that happened according to the red cross worker. Not only that but when I moved in they had a broken heater that wouldn't turn on. Had to call multiple times to get it fixed because their on site maintenance guy is incompetent claiming to have fixed it multiple times but the pilot light wouldn't turn on after he claimed it was fixed. That place had nothing but roaches and bugs when I lived there last year well two years but I don't live
Needs alot of work this place could be a nicer if the owners would only put work into it
Apparently there was an electrical fire back on August 28th in one of the buildings. Electric has been shut off in that building only. Since that time no repairs have been made. They're not providing a temporary shelter in either another building or at another hotel for their paying tenants who live there on a monthly basis. We go here to visit friends and it's been much better since Patty is now bringing in new renters into this establishment
