Very good, especially when there isn't construction While here, Highland House was a wonderful place to call home. Shortly after moving in, major construction began. They redid all of the balconies which resulted in them being closed for over a year with nothing allowed to be stored on them. Then they started tearing apart the garage. A level or section was closed for the better part of a year, which never really resulted in a parking crush, remarkably. Location location location They always say it is location location location. Highland House is in a wonderful location - but a few blocks from the Friendship Heights metro and tons of shopping and restaurants. The apartment are well maintained and routinely updated. The apartments are spacious and the management is prompt with fixes. A downside is the recent construction and exterior renovations that have been creating noise and dust. This is scheduled to end soon. Check it out as the construction should soon end.
