Worst place to move to you can never get through to office , the maintenance people are rude and act like they don’t know how to do their job . They allow other residents to harass you . They overcharge you on the rent and when I tell you they have every bug imaginable in those apartments it’s very disgusting . Don’t move here if you want your water turned off , your heat turned off , and occasionally your power to the apartment.
Billy the head maintenance man for highland house and harper did speedy and exceptional work in getting repairs done in my much needed unit.. he painted full apartment and replace carbon monoxide detector in just a few hour and I'm satisfied ...also very pleasant personality to meet
The only good thing i have to say about highland living is that it is a great location. But it is not worth living with bugs cockroaches, bed bugs, and no regular exterminator services. The halways are filthy hall and a laundry roomis to me, unusable because of the roaches everywhere. Vlearly there is a long term unaddressed infestation that requires attention and not just when people complain.
