Not sure if they really care about the people someone who can lose their life and they can be waiting 5-6 hours later to be seen. HIGHLAND HOSPITAL SEE THE PEOPLE THAT NEEDS MEDICAL PRIORITY!!!!!
I really like the emergency room staff. Went in at about 4:00 a.m. on the 24th of April for heart issues. Every one of the staff or excellent and kind. Very unusual and refreshing. Dr Knapp is really good doctor and was very thorough. Definitely the best emergency room that I have have been to in the Rochester area. Whatever they are doing I hope they keep doing it!
EDIT: went to get the prescription and the pharmacy said they never got it. Called the ED to have it sent over again and they told me that not only was my physician off duty today but I would need to wait until the shift change finished (in an hour) before anyone would be able to get to my request. It’s just a prescription for a nausea reliever and they’re acting like I’m asking for opioids. ORIGINAL: I understand that they’re probably short staffed or under funded, I get that.
