Kevin is the sales associate and he is very good, very kind, and extremely knowledgeable about his products and Veramendi.
We built a house from Highland Homes in Sunflower Ridge, and our experience with this company has been the worst thing I’ve ever done in my life. I implore you, please seek ANY other builder. These Highland people do not care about you, nor is the quality of their homes any different than other builders in the area. They use the same sub contractors as other builders, but will lie to your face about it. Nothing from our pre-purchase inspection was completed before closing. My wife and I moved into our new Highland Home in May and from the beginning enjoyed the experience and are enjoying the home. Cris Balderas was wonderful to work with and Skyler de la Torre, as the building supervisor, was great. We recommend them both.
