We are delighted we chose Highland Homes Roofing to put a new shingle roof on our home. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. They have a great group of employees who take pride in their work and care about their customers. We highly recommend them!
They gave me a estimated date called had earlier opening asked if I were interested. I was. They came on the day they told me, in one day old shingles were removed and roof was covered with a self sticking membrane. It was dried in. Same day the trailer with the old shingles was removed and mess was gone. Called told me when the metal would be delivered it was then they came and worked onroof. Issue with metal they reordered called it was delivered and remainder of roof was installed.
If I could give Highland Homes Roofing of Sebastian zero or negative stars, I would!! The old shingle roof was removed and the house was covered in plastic held down by nails. Due to a rainstorm, the plastic ripped from the nails and it was raining in my ENTIRE house with ceilings falling. Afterwards, promises were made by their salesman and Highland Homes Roofing never came through with any of them. They wouldn't even give me any of their insurance information. RecommendedAdam & chase that came back to fix the problem I had with my gutters I am very happy with, the girls that answer the phone need to get there act together don't return phone calls it took me calling three times to get my problem fixed,and a week later.
They just finished our metal roof, looks great and the workers were very polite and worked hard to make our roof look awesome! Thank you!
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy after the experience my mother has had and is still having. After supposedly repairing her roof, it still leaks. Someone from the company came out to inspect and agreed that it wasn’t done right. He took pictures and said they would be back. It’s been over a month now. She calls regularly and no one ever calls back. The last call she made she spoke to Francois, or something to that effect. He assured her they would be out “next Wednesday “.
