The elderly lady working at model home 2320 was very impatient and unfriendly to children during our visit on Saturday. When our kids wanted to take a look at the backyard, she yelled to the kids” take it easy, this is not a McDonald playground”. The kids were not running or yelling. We were shocked how rude she is. She probably except every family dont bring kids when visit their model home. Her inappropriate behavior and attitude completely ruined our family’s experience.
The lady present at model home 2312 is inappropriate in behavior and this has been not our experience alone but heard from few others too. Highland homes is a trustworthy builder and the home looks fab too but disappointed with the person presenting the house.
Highland Homes is a great builder and I recommended to most of my clients when looking to build. They’re trustworthy, they do quality work, they work as hard as they can to do things in a timely manner. Could not think of anything bad to say about Highland.
