Just had a frame walk for a home a client is building in Parkside Peninsula. Building a home is messy, but this is one of the cleanest frame walks I’ve done. Everything looked great. Do you know how many beer cans I've seen at building sites? I had a frame walk that had some very crooked boards and we had to fight to get them replaced. Highland has exceeded expectations with how things looked and how they have conducted themselves through the purchase and build process.
Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!!! If you're looking for a quality home, keep looking. If you're looking for a company that FIXES their mistakes or mess-ups, keep looking. If you're wanting a home that has minimal issues or at least when you submit a warranty claim, they actually hold TRUE to a 48 window of a callback/appointment, DEFINITELY keep looking.
