Everyone my wife and I dealt with from sales to financing to the builders were top notch pros. They made our home buying process seamless and 5 stars aren’t enough
Highland Homes is a joke of a company, that are experts in poor. Poor quality, poor communication, poor workmanship, poor customer service, and questionable ethics. There concern for their customers show in these reviews, yelp reviews, Better Buisness Bureau complaints. I would recommend anyone out there considering a Highland Home just don't. God help you if you do. They will keep your money in my family's case 30K. This is a warning, do you homework and due diligence!!!! Please pay attention to the photo section.
I purchased my first home with highland homes and i went with their lending company due to lack of knowledge and experience. The one assisting us with our loan was RENE ALVAREZ. We had the worst time with him during that stressful process. He explained very little to us and provided the bare minimum amount of assistance. He always brought up fixable circumstances at the last minute and we always ended up scrambling in a panic. It was almost as if he did not want us to get approved.
