No good experience! A few lessons learned after a business with Highland Homes who claimed themselves as "luxury" home builder. 1. Have a complete house inspection report as thorough as possible before closing the deal. 2. Ask them to provide the safety data sheet. 3. Have your lawyer review the contract including all maintenance responsibilities in detail. Otherwise, they will explain those in a totally different way than you can expect. Can’t say enough about Monica the Sales Manager and Ryan the Construction Manager and Highland as a whole. This is not my first rodeo with Highland it is actually my second home built by this fabulous builder. My home is the epitome of luxury and the detail put into this home is just crazy fantastic. I am a Realtor so I have experience as the buyer and the buyer’s agent. I have nothing but praises for them from both sides of the transaction! Way to go Highland!
