We are deeply disappointed with our experience with Highland Homes and strongly advise against purchasing from them!! After closing, their customer service was nonexistent, and they refused to take responsibility for numerous issues in our brand-new home. The craftsmanship is shockingly poor, with problems like hand-painted cabinets that look nothing like the pristine finishes shown in the model home.
