Our family visited their show Home in Harvest Meadows in month of February, to inquire more about the builder, neighborhood, available plans, and more, which usually homebuyers want to know. We entered the Model Home/Show Home, there was Sales Consultant named David was present. Didn't bother us to greet well. As no other visitors were there at that moment, I can't say David was busy talking with other visitors. Had a bad experience with the sales lady. Not informative at all. If you ask then simply tells to ask to design center for pricing, although they know everything. I was interested to purchase Cambridge and she told it will be handed over no later than Dec 2023. Now I am seeing in the website the home will be ready in Apr 2024 which was actually my timeframe to move. I finally had to book wildflower community with highland homes.
