This is 0 star experience. I had the worst experience going in to look for a new house. The sales guy Walter gave himself the nickname rookie, sure enough acted like one while talking to a customer. Talked down and seem very uninterested in helping me find a home for the budget mentioned, while they have a few different plan that would be in the 700s. I bought a Highland home in 21. They have installed the wrong size air-conditioning unit which led to two years and over 50 visits from an AC company and nobody could figure they just installed the wrong size unit and it was never going to work. My house is covered in mold, but I’ve already had a mold inspection done and I have to move out for them to repair because it’s such a large area. The homes were absolutely gorgeous! And the gentleman who spoke with me was very nice and informative. The paperwork and his card he gave me I put it down somewhere and I don’t remember where or else I would have added his name to my review. I keep telling friends and coworkers. They should go check it out.
