Agents Be sure to get everything they say in writing. When we signed 9 months ago the Highland rep had me all excited on the phone they said they were paying me a 5k bonus on top of the commission. Well they call me days before closing asking me for the proof I had of the bonus. I took there word for it on the phone. Wish I had recorded the call and or had them send an email after we got off the call to confirm the 5k bonus. Bummer.
Great builder and location. Clients love the quality of their work and overall finishes. Stellar communication on all levels!
