I bought a small brand new single house at Creekshaw Community last year Dec 30 with excellent deal. The builder is Highland Homes and the Sales Counselor is Angela Campion who is a very nice lady and very friendly. She explained every detail to me before I made the decision to buy this house. A 1-2-10 year warranty included for my new home (typically covers workmanship, systems, and structural defects).
