Beautifully built townhome. This was a pleasant process for my client. Highland had some great deals
Lacking craftsmanship. Very dissatisfied with the quality of the tiling. It has progressively gotten worse over the last 2 months we have been here. Their model homes are much better quality than what you will move into. I have tried several times to get this fixed by their warranty program but to no avail. They will also try to pressure to not hire a private inspector. Our realtor did not let this slide and looked out for us. DO NOT let them make up silly rules about you hiring a private inspector.
Nicole never fails to service clients at high level. She’s professional, genuine and extremely knowledgeable! Highland homes is always my top recommendation when on the topic of new construction and I was especially excited to see this community in plant city open up! I’d trust Nicole with any of my clients!
