I had the greatest experience buying my new home with highland homes!! Jose was the biggest help and was so professional every step of the way! Meeting everyone from Jose, Fran Luis. Everyone was so friendly very helpful. I would recommend them any day!
Jose provided excellent service from start to finish. His personality will encourage you to keep going and complete the process. Fran does the walkthrough, he enlightens you on how to maintain the appliances and assist in filing your warranties. He also explained what I need to do Monthly with the HVAC system. Buyers beware. The HOA is a problem. They want to put words in the declaration that are not. And then words that are in the declaration they say don't apply. If I knew that the HOA can just do whatever they like instead of do what's in the declaration I would never have bought a home here.
