Buyers beware. The HOA is a problem. They want to put words in the declaration that are not. And then words that are in the declaration they say don't apply. If I knew that the HOA can just do whatever they like instead of do what's in the declaration I would never have bought a home here.

Beautifully built townhome. This was a pleasant process for my client. Highland had some great deals
Lacking craftsmanship. Very dissatisfied with the quality of the tiling. It has progressively gotten worse over the last 2 months we have been here. Their model homes are much better quality than what you will move into. I have tried several times to get this fixed by their warranty program but to no avail. They will also try to pressure to not hire a private inspector. Our realtor did not let this slide and looked out for us. DO NOT let them make up silly rules about you hiring a private inspector.
