The whole team was awesome. Jomara was fantastic.

Whether it was questions about the house or getting to know the neighborhood, Jomara was always there for us. She made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. We have lived here for couple of months and HOA was raised from $600 to $800+ without reason. So far with the current HOA, they have done little to nothing to improve the community. Crime is happening and there is no lights at the pickleball courts nor lights in the neighborhood. What HOA seems to care about is penalizing us over pointless crap like door colors. As for the house, only time will tell. As far as I know, mine was built incorrectly in comparison with similar model. They don’t care to correct it either.
