Worse experience with Sandra. She did not attempt to help. Tone was condescending as to why she won’t look up a model of interest. Never followed up! I would give her her 0 stars if her professionalism or effort was an option.
From the start, Sandra provides a very welcoming environment. She allowed me to go through her model and inventory, without making me feel like she's selling me anything! She answered all the questions I had in detail and was thorough enough to ask me follow up questions, so she made sure that I didn't leave with any doubts. Her professionalism is quite apparent, making her someone I'd highly recommend!
