I will never buy another Highlands home having so many issue after just fives years. One of the major issues is after the cheap smart dead bolt lock mechanism broke. I had to put a new one in and the door was set too low where the cutout of the striker plates were. So I pulled the strike plates all the wood just crumbled out because their door sub contractor put it in to low. So now I had to have a contractor come out rip out the framing around the front door and re frame the door and install the strikers correct. This was j... read more
