My townhome is spacious and affordable and somewhat cute despite the outdated appliances. But, in my opinion, that means nothing if it is roach infested. My first day in the place, I was greeted with 3 different kinds of roaches and all of their relatives. The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned prior to supplying me with a key. So many of the previous tenants items were in the cabinets from used eyelash extensions to hair to Nair bottles to bank statements to RAW ONION laying in the drawers! My goddaughter is a single mom work two jobs to make ends meet.she signed three(3)leases this year only into the months.paid on time. Her kitchen sink ran water all over floor fridgerater went out for three months lost lots of food especially seafood. 3 years same rude and unprofessional manager. She gave me til March to move. She also entered my apartment without permission. The gave me a new fridge and repaired the sink for third time. Stairs handle falling with kids in apt.
