STAY AWAY!!!!! I would give zero. Highland Hills has apartments that haven't changed interior since first being built many many years ago and ones that have been nicely remodeled. But no matter whether it's nice or disgusting, you'll be paying the same price! I pay more for my raggedy falling apart appliances (that highland claims don't need to be replaced) than my friend does for her fully remodeled place.
