Alex and his crew did a great job refinishing our hardwood floors after water damage. They were very thorough , professional and friendly. Would definetly recommend!
They did a fantastic job! They kept us fully informed, showed up when scheduled, cleaned up their mess, and just did an excellent job refinishing our 25 year-old hardwood floors. I can’t recommend them enough. They give you an opportunity to pick out several stain colors and they put test spots in your house after the initial sanding so you can pick which color looks best. Highland’s team leader, Adrian did a fantastic job leading his team to replace and refinish my living room and kitchen area which had dark areas due to my older dog’s issues. The attention to detail and craftsmanship was outstanding! They created a text group with myself and the team so I could get constant updates and ask questions. Lorenzo did a beautiful job!! They sealed off the rooms that weren’t being sanded and cleaned up when they finished each day. Lorenzo kept me updated during the process. Highly recommend Highland Hardwood Flooring and Millwork for refinishing your floors. I love my floors!!
We have used this locally owned family business before. They do not disappoint! Communication is always good and very timely. Love the floors. Alex and his crew do excellent work. Shout out to Daniel, the owner who is always available when needed.
