Overall, this property is poorly managed, residents are not treated fairly, and serious issues are being ignored. Ownership needs to step in, retrain staff, or sell the property, because the current management clearly does not care about the residents.
1st: issue it’s 38 degrees outside and once again in under 6 months (moved in July) another heating and a/c unit issue. 2nd: issue for the 2nd time I HAVE NO HOT WATER . When I 1st moved in that was an issue it took them almost 6 weeks to replace the freakin water heater. Now once again there is another issue with no hot water. I haven’t seen the turnaround thats being described you cant say nothing to the lady shakilah with out her being nasty and rude and very threatening to be honest it sounds like the good comment was written to boost her image
Moved in here in July 4th and 2 months later NO HOT WATER STILL getting told every other week it’s the next week and still NO HOT WATER. I am not giving them a damn dime u til it’s fixed absolutely ridiculous
I have lived here for years, and never seen someone as unprofessional as Shakilah Thomas, she’s extremely rude. I have reached out to coperate numerous times with no response. This is ridiculous.
