This place has to be the poorest ran apartment complex in Richmond I’ve called corporate and everything because my balance isn’t correct for the last 3 months I want to move but of course I can’t with a 1200 dollars water bill and a 700 dollar sewage bill for one month I’ve went to the office just to find a different person every time with a different solution that never solves anything and than the girl today shakes her head and looks in the ceiling as if she’s listening to music while I’m trying to explain the issues to he... read more
I’m not a resident as of yet but, I’m currently living in St.Luke apts on Laburnum Ave and I’m not comfortable with having to roll out of my bed or dive into the bathtub bc they are having target practice outside. I keep a really nice & clean apt and I’m often complimented for it but, if I step outside of my door, it’s like living in an alley. I have been living in this apartment complex for over eight years never ever late on my rent. I was given a print out of my payment history. I clearly found a discrepancy and now I’m being given the runaround and told that I owe March‘s rent when I clearly have my bank statements and it’s also on the printout that they gave me showing that I did pay my March rent and the person in the rental office will not correct it or give me the information for Corporate. This is the worst experience I have ever Had.
If you are a Vendor providing services to this company. BE VERY CAUTIOUS. This company is is so disorganized. They have owed me money in excess of $10,000 for more than 10 months. I have followed all the required protocalls, made every effort to communicate to them via emails, phone calls and even throuh their Registered Agent, to check status of payment.
