I have lived here for years, and never seen someone as unprofessional as Shakilah Thomas, she’s extremely rude. I have reached out to coperate numerous times with no response. This is ridiculous.

I am incredibly pleased with my experience at Highland Grove Apartments. As a former tenant of Dove Court, it is truly heartwarming to see the tremendous development and improvements in the property. The new rude woman in the rent office is evicting tenants and moving her own family in this place has really gone downhill.
Since the new property manager Shakilah took over, she has really been turning the property around! The improvements are noticeable across the board—maintenance is now a strong point, with the current maintenance tech being absolutely superior. Work orders are handled quickly and done right the first time. The new leasing agent is a standout—she’s very nice, professional, and handles everything efficiently. Overall, things are moving in a great direction, and it’s great to finally see real progress being made!
