Highland Greens Estate is NOT THE PLACE TO LIVE! I currently live there and there are some nice homes but for the most part it's a dive. Most of the homes aren't kept up, the management is out in left field somewhere, there is no management as far as i'm concerned, the people who are quiet and work full time are the ones who's picked on, I live on a street where there are atleast 4 drug homes. Highland Hell Lived there for five years and found the quality of neighbors and the management declined with each year. Lots of juvenile drug use, vandalism and problems. Unfortunately it like living with "My Name Is Earl" the TV show.

I love this 55 and older Park The first review in the location must have been added to this location in error. Pismo DunesTravel Trailer Park is a permenate travel trailer park. You can not camp over night in this location. I think the first writer must have been thinking of the park just north of this location. That said, Pismo Dunes Travel Trailer Park is the best kept secret in Pismo Beach. You must be 55 or older. All units are still on wheels but they are pemenate. Your average trailer park I almost bought a mobile home in this park, but they were just too pricey for the quality of the homes they were selling. The place is huge and you'd be hard pressed to explore the whole thing in your lifetime. There are nice areas of it, and there are some real dumpy areas. You could find a decent living situation here, but it would take a while.

Beautiful park! This place is great and its next to the dunes! We had SUCH a good time here and wished we could have stayed longer!
Nice Option to Apartment Living When my husband and I were first married, we lived in a manufactured home at Countryside Village of Lake Lanier. Because we owned our own home with our own yard, it was a nice alternative to living in an apartment, as most newly married couples do. Amenities included a clubhouse, swimming pool and play area. All the common areas were well maintained. And, when we were ready to buy a house, the community owner helped us sell our manufactured home.
