Very clean property, Great management. We were out there as vendors installing thermostats and we didn’t have a single issue out here allowing us to execute our jobs efficiently and smooth.
I’m writing this with genuine sadness because this community could be amazing, but the experience with the leasing office has become extremely frustrating. I want to say this straight up: stop the fake smiles. When you’re moving in, everything looks perfect, you’re greeted with warm smiles, and you feel welcomed. But after that, it changes completely. . Spacious and beautiful units , quiet , no criminal break ins .... Always stay away from the Villas at auburn
Lived here for a little over 3 years, it’s fairly quiet and the parking lot is always clean. The staff is also always friendly and welcoming and really try their best to accommodate- especially Michelle. We have parking permits so you don’t have to worry about anyone parking here who doesn’t live here. It’s close to a lot of grocery stores, the mall, Kent station, lots of food options too and we’re by 3-4 different elementary schools if you have kids don’t have to worry about a long commute to school.
