My family has lived at ReNew on East Hill for about 12 years. During that time, the management and staff have always been kind, respectful, and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Communication has been good, and the team has treated residents with care and professionalism. It is appreciated to have a management team that listens and tries to help when concerns come up. Thank you to the staff for their continued support over the years.
Great move in experience. Really made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help move in process. I also loved the transparency when going through the move in process.
Arrive during lunch break as a walk in and Michelle stopped what she was doing to assist me. Unfortunately since I was a walk in and she had back to back tours, she couldn’t give me a tour but accommodated and had her maintenance give me the tour. Alex, did amazing during the tour and really knows his stuff and knows how to truly sell an apartment. Since it was out of my budget, I couldn’t move forward. If it was in my budget, I would rent here as soon as I could.

Alex walked me through the units of my interests and shared all necessary details. He was knowledgeable and friendly.
