I am so unhappy living here because there is unfair treatment poor maintance awful landscape rude neighborsfines for unfair reasons 25\$ for someone elses trash outsideneglectful managment will not have exterminator come out unless you beg. carpets or not changes before you move it so discusting floorsI would not recomend renting here. EVER!!!
Clean home when you move in but if you cant afford to stay because of the economic downfall they will cheat you out of money. They take advantege and chage you \$5,000 just because you cant stay there. Unbelievable
If you value peace, quiet, and sanity...DO NOT MOVE HERE. The tranquil setting will fool you. The kids are out of control, the parents are seemingly ignorant of it and the ones who are not want to tell you how to raise your kid. The property manager is quite a piece of work too. I am moving after only 7 months...take your chances if you must, I wish you luck.

Abandon all peace and quiet ye who move here. The kids in this apartment community are out of control and the parents do nothing to stop it. They let them go outside at all hours of the night. They make noise and are very fond of knocking on doors and running away.The property manager refuses to do anything with a police complaint being filed, which is surprisingly hard to get. Just move into a house, please.
