Excellent people with quick and clear services
Said 10 days for windows to come it’s been month and a half and that’s not even the main problem.. at least update us. I’ve called 2 times that have appeared to be bad times as I called to no avail. Zero communication initiated on their end. Debating whether to wait on them and just hope one day they’ll call or to just go with another company. Well I must say the gentleman at the highland glass shop was great. The two young men that came out to my house one name was Sam and the other one name mark.. those two young men are the future of highland Glass.
Terrible customer service by lady behind the desk. I brought in a template for replacement glass and she told me she would get back to me in a couple days. I, finally stopped in and her excuse was that she was off a couple days and they have been too busy to respond. It was just a small double pane glass. It was sitting right next to her desk and she was looking at it for the past 10 days. I will not do business with a company that uses excuses to not make good on their statements.
