I was a loyal customer of Highland Ford for over 7 years, having leased multiple vehicles and paid over $84,000 to this dealership. I once looked at this place like family — but sadly, those days are long gone. The quality of service and integrity here has seriously declined. Google asked me to review this place again! had scheduled an appointment to check out a vehicle a while back, but the salesperson-who may no longer be there-refused to return my keys unless I agreed to purchase a vehicle.
Service was great ... needed a full timing job done on my truck and pleased it was done ;)
Salesman Nick was great and very knowledgeable and helpful. Trade in process was easy and they gave me a really fair offer on my Ram. I was quite surprised how fast we were able to come to a deal on my new F150 Tremor and how fast the team over there got the plastic Bedliner taken out and a sprayed in liner put in 10 year undercoat detailed the truck I picked up my new truck with in 4 days. Towed my camper out to the camp ground this truck does what I wanted and more. I couldn’t be happier with it.
