I don’t own a Ford but I go here for all my oil changes. Their quick lube is quick, well priced and they are super friendly. Highly recommended.
Totally unprofessional operation and disrespectful customer treatment. Will never drive on to this car lot again! We were working with Britney on buying a vehicle. We inquired before the vehicle was even priced on the lot. Called and texted with them for 3 days “awaiting their inspection to finalize price”. “You will be the first person to call” . Brought my 2015 Escape in a week ago, as my tail/lift wouldn’t open. They had my vehicle for 5 hrs and nothing was done, other than “diagnostics” which showed I needed a part to repair it. Charged $169 plus tax to tell me something I already knew. During the time they had my vehicle, they drained the battery, so it had to be boosted. Thanks again for nothing. I was a loyal customer of Highland Ford for over 7 years, having leased multiple vehicles and paid over $84,000 to this dealership. I once looked at this place like family — but sadly, those days are long gone. The quality of service and integrity here has seriously declined. The sales manager, Jamie, comes off as arrogant and overly aggressive. It feels like it’s all about closing the deal at any cost. Google asked me to review this place again! had scheduled an appointment to check out a vehicle a while back, but the salesperson-who may no longer be there-refused to return my keys unless I agreed to purchase a vehicle.
