The owner is the rudest lady i have met. she messed up my order and delivered it a week early because clearly she cant read. i asked for a refund, which she said i would get, only if she took the flowers back, to resell them probably. what kind of business is that. she was impolite and very nasty and was not sorry for the mess up and i got nothing in return. i will never shop there again.
