Joe has been in business many years. He has good carpet prices and great quality installation and service. Would highly recommend Highland Carpet.

Excellent service and excellent job done. Joe is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He was knowledgeable and helpful. The carpet installation was reasonably priced and the job was completed quickly. We are extremely pleased with the result and could not recommend Highland Floors more!!
