Hired this business to do a landscaping job in Bismarck ND. Mark Scott and co-owner (wife) Barb Heist came to our home 3 times to discuss plans and process. Mark said the job would be done in 6 days. Gave them a check for $13000 to buy materials and beginning labor, out of a $20,000 estimate. First day, the excavated a bit and laid sprinkler lines.
