What I fail to understand from this "Medical" practice, is the general attitude of the front desk staff. You ask for a prescription refill, they claim they sent it to your pharmacy, but they didn't. So you call them back and ask them to send it again, to which they say they can't. THEY CAN'T ?? People depend on their medication, the front desk staff here doesn't seem to grasp that at all. I have been a loyal patient of HV Family Medicine for almost 20 years and have always trusted their care—so much so that I referred my 76-year-old father to their practice in 2021. I cannot say enough good things about this practice and the incredible individuals who make it what it is. I have been coming here for years, and every single visit reinforces why I trust them with my health. The Dr's are good here, however there are 2 people who work front area. They are the best. The others couldn't care less about you.
