Every single time I would pick up my 8 year old son's glasses I had my 4 year old son with me. Before I could get a word, in the desk staff would give me a two minute speel, almost like a lecture, on how I could not just walk off the street and expect an appointment right away for a fitting. I would then explain, every single time, that the glasses were for my other son, not the child with me. This happened about four times before I decided to spend my money elsewhere. We are very happy clients of Reid's Optometry now.
This was my first time going ever. I would recommend this place highly. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in super fast and the doctors was funny and super nice. Afterwards I was greeted by someone who helped me pick out frames. I was sat down and explained what I liked and she brought me nearly every pair under that category for me to try different styles!
