I have been at Highland Estates for 5 months and I finally feel like I have found a home! I love the staff and their attentive care! Any problems that arise are quickly resolved, and there's a sense of harmony and well being here. I would recommend Highland Estates to those who are looking for a home to live out the rest of their lives!
I give Highland Estates 5 stars and then some, I have lived here for 4 wonderful years. I fill the warmth and closeness to the caregivers and the med techs and management . The food has a good variety. I fill happy with going to Darrin and Felicia when ever I have a problem , I get them to help me . They always help me understand with confidence. The activities are great and ran by an enthusiastic staff member.
For all the people that are here , we get great care . The staff are all very nice and helpful, I would give them a APlus for service and how they always take time out for you . The med techs try there hardest to give medications on time. They have good meals , I would suggest to anyone this community. It's like family here.
The staff is Great! The Activeities Director keeps us busy and we have Fun.
