It's such a beautiful facility! I love visiting my former residents here. The staff and CNAs at Highland Estates truly care and go above and beyond. I was at Highland for a while before moving to a traveling team! 🤍 I'd like to give a big shoutout to the amazing management team, especially Executive Director Darren ❤️ and CNA Coordinator Dominique, who is a sweetheart and always works around your schedule, even on school days. My great grandma was place here , they provide great care and very responsive.
The staff is always available to answer our questions and help us with our mom. They help take a lot of stress off of us. We are able to have an open communication with all the staff. We may have some rough days, but they are there to help. Thank you to all the staff!!!
Highland Estates has been amazing. They take very good care of my family members and do great at making the family feel welcome as well. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. They are very easy to work with and always there for us.
