im a single mom and have lived here for about 3 years. the first two years were great but the last has been a challenge. im a educated women and have been dealing with alot of uneducated people, here at the property. i really cant wait to find another place theres a african american gang that hangs out in front and a hispanic gang also the hispanic gentleman has a huge duarte tattoo in the back of his head. so besides being intimated when i come home the place is great.
This is a horrible place to live in...yeah the managers friendly but thats about it. At first they promise monthly activities for the residents raffles and just make it all sound like a family environment, but its not like that at all. These apartments are so loud and getting ghetto and ghetto by the minute. After many complaints to management nothing has changed. They are dirty and not well kept, and the pool...omg dont get me started with that. Older males and females sit out there with loud radios while smoking and drinki... read more
My car was vandalized when I parked in the carport. There is no outgoing vent for cooking. You also have to share the bill for water and trash with your neighbor. I think that this is an unfair practice because some units have 4-5 people, hence, their unit uses more water than a unit with a single occupant. There is no water meter for each unit to tell how much water you use per month. If I have to rent again - I will definitely NOT rent in this place.

Pablo Pesantez the property Manager does a poor job at Managing the property. I agree, I have lived here for over six years and when Miriam and Willie managed the property it was a very nice place to live(no riff raff) now it is horrible. They have remodled vacant units and want to charge current tenants money to make the same changes. Our apts should be remodled cuz it is our rents that keeps them going. Yes there is a gang propblem, also stray cats rome all around the complex and little is done to manage them a lady feeds ... read more
